Finished in Pedro Ximenéz and oloroso casks. It’s also got the elusive Scottish wildcat, Felis Sylvestris, on the label as the distillery is located among its natural habitat.

Sweet, christmas cake, maple syrup, baked apples, pears, toffee, sultanas, honey
Taste
Thick, oily, creamy, some beeswax (but less than we are used to from Clynelish), stewed fruit (apples, pears, oranges, apricots), dark chocolate, rum, sweet sherry
Finish
Long, sweet, fruity, chocolate, spicy (pepper, chili, cardamon), drying
