SANTA JULIA MALBEC DEL MERCADO | 750ML

Color: Ruby red with violet tones.
Aroma: Nose with typical Malbec aromas, such as violets and red and black fruits reminiscent of cherries, plums and blackberries.
Taste: In the mouth, pleasant tannins and balanced acidity are perceived. Fruity and spicy finish.
ELABORATION
The selected grapes were destemmed and crushed. They underwent a cold maceration for 5-7 days before classic vinification with indigenous yeasts and were fermented at 77º F (25 – 27º C). Maceration continued for 20 days with daily pump-over and delestage.
