Kaicho Whisky was developed on the slopes of Japan's tallest and the most iconic mountain - Mt. Fuji. The magnificently smooth whisky is created by using the pristine waters from the south alps of the snow capped mountain ranges.
Triple distilled then matured for over twelve years. Our Lowland Single Malt Whisky has the tempting aroma of toasted almonds, caramelised toffee and the signature smooth, delicate, Auchentoshan taste. Crème brulee, a burst of citrus and the signature nuttiness and green leafiness of Auchentoshan. Smooth and sweet with hints of tangerine and lime. Gingery and slightly drying, with a pleasant lingering nuttiness.
Triple distilled and matured in American bourbon oak for over eighteen years. The result: a refreshing Lowland single malt whisky with the added infusion of ripe citrus and green tea, the warmth of toasted almonds and the signature smooth, delicate, Auchentoshan taste. Fresh tobacco leaf - then sweet with a hint of caramelised sugars, green tea and toasted almonds. A floral freshness with sweet barley sugar at first - this gently ebbs to reveal a tangerine zestiness. The palate is left alive and refreshed.

Complex yet perfectly balanced, the 12 Years Old reflects the raw essence of Bowmore - thrashing waves, windswept landscapes and generations of tradition. Bowmore 12 Years Old has received much critical acclaim; the late, great whisky writer Michael Jackson proclaimed it "remarkably long and complex". We like to think of it as vanilla ice cream at a beach bonfire.

15 Year Old expression is created using a technique pioneered by the Malt Master and its warm, spicy flavours are transformed with the alchemy of the Solera Vat.
