Angélica Zapata Merlot, is an elegant and complex wine with a violet red color with ruby ​​highlights, with a delicate nose, where aromas stand out that are reminiscent of red berries and soft notes of spices such as black pepper and cloves, provided by the grapes. from the La Pirámide vineyard, and aromas of ripe red and black fruits such as cassis and currants provided by the Nicasia and Adrianna grapes. The passage through oak provides soft notes of spices and vanilla. On the palate with a sweet impact and medium body, very balanced with acidity, very soft and round tannins are perceived that offer a long-lasting and pleasant finish.
