Winemaking:
A blend 6 to 7 years old on average. Aged in small tuns and wooden casks.

Touriga Franca,Touriga Nacional,Tinta Barroca,Tinto Cão,Tinta Roriz

Tasting Notes:
Blondish colour. Aromas of quince and jam well integrated with notes of vanilla from aging in wood. Soft attack, with sweetness and persistence. The finish in the mouth reveals its aging period through notes of jam.

Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended serving at a temperature of 16 to 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
Excellent aperitif. Ideally paired with sweets, fruits, light cheeses and liver pâté.
