Made from 60% Syrah, 25% Grenache, 15% Carignan, this bottle of red offers an aromatic bouquet of red fruits supported by the ageing in barrels. Round, concentrated with a nice structure followed by a persistent finish. 14.5% alcohol and goes perfectly well with game, eggplant lasagna or a cheese platter. Serve at 14-15°. Cellar potential : 7 to 8 years
