Their Chardonnay, sourced from the Riverina & Barossa Valley, is fermented in oak barrels for about 4 months, to give them a great smoothness. It displays White peach and tropical fruit notes on a lifted and fruit driven nose. Melon and citrus stone fruits dominate the palate, a crisp lingering finish with some soft oak notes.
