This single-vineyard Cabernet was aged for 18 months in French oak foudres and barrels. Big and bold with a firm tannic grip, this has lots of red and blue fruit supported by sweet spices, vanilla, mocha and liquorice tones. Very well-made and enjoyable. A great option for grilled lamb.
