This is a premium quality Amontillado Sherry, aged for an average of nine years in small casks. The pale wines slowly evolves into medium gold amber colors as the subtle flavor complexity develops. Later a small amount of rich Pedro Ximénez Sherry is blended to make a dry and complex wine with a touch of sweetness.
