VINIFICATION
Classic vinification in stainless steel tanks, fermentation with selected
yeasts. Maceration on the skin for 10 days with daily reassembly and
delestage.

TASTING NOTES
Color: deep purple red
Aroma: Ripe red fruits such as plums, berries and raspberries.
Flavor: elegant with good volume, persistent finish.
