Description
The ancient grape cabernet franc originally comes from the Loire and is the father of cabernet sauvignon. Trapiche planted it in Argentina’s Valle de Uco, a sub-area of ​​Mendoza. The Gran Medalla undergoes spontaneous fermentation and matures in cement egg-shaped barrels. It then matures for 18 months in new French oak.
