Picota cherry red with excellent complexity, highlighting the red and black fruit, the syrupy fruit, the linden, the pepper, the aromatic herbs, the incense, the chocolate and the smoked touches. High intensity, with great volume and polished tannins. Harmonious and persistent.
Best pair with any meat, especially red, Iberian pork and lamb. Fish with a very intense flavor such as sardines, chicharro or anchovies. Marinated and stewed pork cheeks.
